- The accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Content
- Ensuring you have all necessary rights to share Your Content
- Ensuring Your Content complies with applicable laws
- Any consequences arising from Your Content
License to Us
Limited Technical License
You grant Chat 13 a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Transmit and deliver your messages (we cannot read them due to encryption)
- Store data temporarily for service functionality
- Perform technical operations necessary to provide the Service
Important: Due to end-to-end encryption, we cannot access, read, or use your message content. This license is purely technical to enable message delivery.
